ENG: Grapes handpicked from the best plots of vines to express the taste of the grapes in their most optimal way. Manual harvesting. Maceration and fermentation were carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 26°C, and with skin contact in stainless tanks lasted for 15/25 days
Nose: Floral notes with hints of vanilla and balsamic background. Dark fruit aromas on the nose carry an earthy undertone.
Taste: On the palate, it feels full, chewy, and dense, but lively enough to be enjoyable. It tastes a bit blackened and smoky, with clove and chocolate notes resting heavily on a plump finish.
Food pairing: Ideal for salads, red meat, lamb, and fish. Perfect with pasta and cheeses.
