Aroom: Klassikaline Saugvignon Blanc, milles tunda tikrit, ananassi ning mangot. Mitmekesises aroomibuketist kumab läbi ka laimi, sidrunit ning greipi.
Maitse: Kõrge happesus annab veinile värskuse ning hea tasakaalu, mis aitab ka aroomidel esile tulla. Ilusa struktuuri ning pika ja puhta järelmaitsega.
Sobivustoiduga: Kalamahedates marinaadides ja kastmetes, koorikloomad, mereannid, pasta ning liharoad. Sobib taimsete salatite ning puuviljade kõrvale.
Serveerida 8 -10C juures. Vein sobib veganile.
ENG: When the grapes reached their optimum maturity in the vineyard, we harvest it by hand in the early morning or late afternoon. It is ideal to keep the grape quality unharmed before the elaboration. After an extensive selection of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks of small capacity to enhance all the typical aromas of this grape variety. This process is used to achieve the greatest aromatic potential that a Sauvignon Blanc possesses.
Nose: the typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas predominate: tropical fruits, pineapple, and mango are the main characters in this wine. We can also find light hints of herbaceous and citrus, lime, and grapefruit. This wine gains an aromatic complexity typical of this grape variety.
Taste: High acidity, which gives the wine a unique and well-balanced freshness that enhances the aromas of the wine. It is well structured and with a long and clean finish.
Ideal for all kinds of food, seafood, and fish (a strong sauce that could distort the characteristics is not recommended) pasta, and meat. It is also good with fruits and vegetables based dishes such as salads and snacks.
